App Install Growth: FreeTV tripled its total app installs on ROKU in the U.S. during July compared to January, underscoring the impact of its strategic presence on the platform.
Revenue Surge: Since Q3 and Q4 of 2023, FreeTV's total revenue has seen a substantial rise, attributed to the expansion of its FAST Channels. In Q4 2024, total revenue increased by approximately 44.2% compared to Q1 2024, indicating strong growth momentum.
FAST Channel Performance: Revenue from FAST channels rose by 43.91% compared to Q1 2024, underscoring their importance in FreeTV's revenue strategy.

Having successfully introduced and expanded the presence of Turkish series across the Americas and MENA regions, she is renowned for her strategic market insights and cross-cultural expertise. Now stepping into her role as Content Sales Director at Firefly, Merve is building on her proven success by overseeing a diverse catalog of global content. With her in-depth knowledge of regional preferences and international distribution strategies, she is poised to broaden the reach of high-quality titles in both Spanish and English, bridging the gap between varied markets and driving growth.
David Hanono

David Hanono is an experienced executive known for leading successful sales growth and business development strategies for high-profile organizations. His expertise spans content, streaming, interactive digital, ad sales, and technology sales across Latin America, the U.S., and European markets. David is multilingual and has held prominent positions such as GM and SVP at BBC Latin America, VP of International and U.S. Hispanic Business Development at eONE/Hasbro, and Sr. Director of Interactive Digital Ad Sales at Univision. He has also worked as a wireless engineer at Lucent Technologies and NEC.
David holds an Electrical Engineering degree and a master's in film, allowing him to blend his creative and technological expertise to thrive in today's evolving media landscape.

Sebastian Trujillo serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of Firefly, where he drives the monetization strategy for the FreeTV platform, AVOD, and associated FAST channel partnerships. With a wealth of experience in the industry, he has held numerous senior leadership positions across media advertising, technology, and communications sectors, establishing himself as a dynamic force in the field.
Most recently, Sebastian served as VP of Corporate Partnerships at Legends, where he successfully drove brand partnerships and revenue generation for the University of Miami's athletics programs. Prior to that, as Director of Regional Operations at Compass, he managed P&L and operational responsibilities for the organization's Florida business, overseeing over $14 billion in annual transactions. His extensive experience also includes serving as EVP of U.S. Brand Partnerships at VIX, Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships for the Miami Dolphins, and Senior Director of Content Distribution at BBC Studios. Additionally, Sebastian dedicated 20 years to Univision Communications, where he held various leadership roles, including VP of Network Sales, VP of Business Development and SVP of Operations, Cable Networks.

Tom Mohler is a trailblazer in Spanish-language media for U.S. Hispanics and currently serves as the President of Firefly. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in shaping the media landscape for Latinx audiences, becoming the first to remaster classic films from the golden age of Mexican cinema into HD. He is also the visionary mind behind Cine Mexicano, the first channel to introduce the home-video genre of films to viewers across the U.S.
Under his leadership, his companies have grown into a dominant force, owning and distributing over 70 television networks featuring a rich blend of Spanish- and English-language content. Tom’s unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion is reflected not only in the programming but also in the collaborative, inclusive culture he nurtures within his teams.
Jorge Gutiérrez
SVP of International Distribution
Jorge Gutiérrez is Senior Vice President of International Distribution at Firefly. In this role, he oversees the distribution of FAST Channels, Ultra (Pay TV), OTT (FreeTV App), and AVOD content across the U.S., Mexico, and Latin American markets.
Jorge has more than 30 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, with a strong background in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, and New Business Development. He began his career in 1989 at Perspectivas Publicidad, where he created BTL activations for top brands such as Chrysler, General Motors, Anderson Clayton, Honda, and Moulinex.
In the early stages of his career, Jorge also served as Sales Manager at Grupo Acir Nacional, representing over 155 radio stations across Mexico City. During this time, he was an active member of the Asociación de Radiodifusores del Distrito Federal and the International Advertising Association.
Jorge's career in publishing took off when he joined Grupo Editorial Televisa, where he worked in two separate periods (1996-1997 and 2004-2008). As Sales Manager, he led advertising sales for major titles such as Somos, Eres, Quo, and National Geographic en español, helping Televisa solidify its position as the largest Spanish-language publisher in Latin America.
He then went on to become Director of Marketing and Sales at Grupo Telecable Mexicano from 1997 to 2003. There, he played a key role in expanding the company's market presence in the pay-TV and cable entertainment sectors.
From 2008 to 2013, Jorge served as Marketing Director at PCTV, where he was instrumental in boosting the distribution of Pay TV channels for the company’s affiliates. He also played a key role in launching FAST Channels on platforms like Roku and Samsung, marking a major step in the evolution of the Pay TV industry.
